I frequented this relatively new facility for several months, primarily using the swimming pool. Unfortunately, despite leaving multiple detailed feedback forms in the collection box, management has completely ignored every single issue raised. I am writing this review publicly to highlight serious concerns regarding safety, hygiene, and management: Lifeguard Supervision: The staff is highly inconsistent. While some lifeguards are incredibly attentive and professional, others routinely spend their entire shifts bent over their smartphones, ignoring the pool entirely. Hygiene and Maintenance: The shower room facilities are poorly maintained. The ceiling vents are covered in thick, accumulated dust, and several shower caddies and drain covers are broken or missing. Crucially, a massive, dangerous puddle permanently sits right in front of both rows of shower stalls, creating a severe slip hazard. Pool Sanitation Issues: The "no outdoor shoes" policy on the pool deck is never enforced. Worse, staff clean the deck by spraying outdoor dirt and debris directly into the pool water. Instead of stopping this unsanitary cleaning practice, the facility simply adds more chemicals to the wate

Dear administration, I ask you to pay attention when swimming lessons are held with children, at this time their parents are sitting in the pool and waiting for their children. who walks in shoes, boots, never change shoes. it seems to me that this is not acceptable when my child walks without shoes in the pool at this time, other parents walk in shoes and dirty shoes from the street.

I stopped by here over a month ago to check out the facility and to see if it was worth the monthly membership fee. My partner is a member at a women's only facility in the area, so, this is exclusively for my physical benefit, though I do plan on bringing her in for a guest workout. I can say that when I showed up for a tour of this YMCA location, I was not disappointed! I was greeted at the front desk by a nice young gentlemen and another young female employee, each of whom were wearing YMCA attire and name badges. These two employees were friendly, cheerful and respectful. I was very politely greeted by each individual and offered to be taken on a tour of the facility. The young gentlemen took me through the reception area and then through the pool area and explained to me everything about the YMCA and the various programs which they offer. The pool was very nice and very well maintained. It appeared to be twent
